Arthur Hanvelt
Arthur is keeping it in the family as he is Owner Kathleen's youngest son and now part owner of Christine's
As you can see Arthur gives special attention and accommodations to every pet. Arthur grew up around grooming salons and dog shows and would like to show Terriers in the near future. His skills were started under Travis at Pet Co in Escondido where he learned extreme patience (Travis is the dog whisperer) and customer service as job one. He then was fined tuned by owner Kathleen and has proven ready to take on his personal grooming path.
As you can see by Creasy's Moms face Arthur has again satisfied another client!

Travis HardestyTravis comes to Christine's after many years as the top Pet Co grooming manager for San Diego County.He successfully kept the Escondido Pet Co branch in # 1 position for many years. Travis decided that corporate career was not for him and dreams one day of owning his own salon.
Travis has been dubbed the "Dog Whisperer" due to his ability to transform the most demanding dog into a groomed work of art. A favorite of veterinarians in Escondido as Travis works with the client and vet to help your pet become more manageable and healthy. Travis does not stop at great grooming and handling skills he is a excellent teacher and trainer! He taught Arthur his beginning steps and continues to train. Narissa, Shawna and Deanna are currently learning their craft from him.
Travis LOVES his creative side and created the Jester above!

We caught a glimps of camera shy Travis at the LIPS fundraiser. You can see Travis on the Animal Planet Dogs 101 video working on his Tiger!
Travis created the Rainbow dog design and his Tiger became the symbol of the event.

Narissa
Narissa started her grooming training at the Bow Wow Beauty Shoppe where she met former manager MaryLynn. MaryLynn asked her to continue her training at Christine's and the rest is history!
Narissa is a graphic artist so her attention to detail is amazing! Her only equal to her grooming passion is her love of dogs. Narissa adopted her Poodle and she has worked diligently to have him overcome his separation anxiety, sometimes grooming with him in a backpack!
Now that is dedication!
Narissa keeps her baby in a little Angel design!
Narissa works every Saturday and fills in as much as possible.
